By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Tevensa Solve a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to:
- Display your content on the Platform
- Store and process your content for Platform functionality
- Allow other users to view your content as per your privacy settings
This license does not grant Tevensa Solve ownership of your content and does not allow Tevensa Solve to use your content for commercial purposes outside the Platform without your explicit consent.
Tevensa Solve's own branding, design, software, and Platform content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Tevensa Solve.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following:

Collaboration
Tevensa Solve provides tools to facilitate collaboration between users. When engaging in collaborations:
- Users are responsible for defining the terms of their individual collaborations
- Tevensa Solve is not a party to collaboration agreements between users
- Users should establish clear agreements regarding roles, compensation, and IP ownership
- Disputes between collaborating users are the responsibility of those users

Payments & Subscriptions

- Refund policies will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase
- Tevensa Solve reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Termination
Either you or Tevensa Solve may terminate your account at any time.
Tevensa Solve may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:
