Developer Terms & Conditions
These Developer Terms govern access to and use of the Tevensa Solve API, developer tools, and any integration with our platform. By accessing our developer resources, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
Introduction
Tevensa Solve ("we," "our," or "us") provides developer tools, APIs, SDKs, and integration capabilities to enable third-party applications and services to connect with the Tevensa Solve platform ("Developer Services").
These Developer Terms apply to all developers, organizations, and entities ("Developer," "you") who access or use Tevensa Solve's Developer Services.
These Developer Terms are supplemental to and incorporate the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, these Developer Terms take precedence for developer-specific matters.
API Access & Credentials
Access to Tevensa Solve's API and developer tools requires:
- A registered Tevensa Solve developer account
- Acceptance of these Developer Terms
- Valid API credentials (keys, tokens, or OAuth applications)
- Compliance with all applicable terms and policies
API credentials are personal to your application and must not be shared, sold, or transferred. You are responsible for all API usage associated with your credentials.
Tevensa Solve reserves the right to revoke API access at any time if these terms are violated or if your application poses a risk to the Platform or its users.
Permitted Use
Developers may use Tevensa Solve's API and developer resources to:
- Build applications that extend or complement the Tevensa Solve platform
- Integrate Tevensa Solve features into third-party tools with user consent
- Create automation workflows that improve user productivity
- Develop analytics or reporting tools for personal or organizational use
- Build integrations with other platforms for data interoperability
Prohibited Use
Developers must not use the API or Developer Services to:
Tevensa Solve may take immediate action including credential revocation and legal proceedings if these prohibitions are violated.
Data Usage
When accessing Tevensa Solve data through the API:
- Only collect data that is necessary for your application's functionality
- Store user data securely using industry-standard encryption
- Do not retain user data beyond the period necessary for your service
- Provide users with clear privacy policies regarding how you use their data
- Delete user data upon request or when your application authorization is revoked
🔒 All data accessed through the Tevensa Solve API remains subject to our Privacy Policy and the user's consent settings.
Developers must maintain their own privacy policies compliant with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable regulations).
Rate Limits & Quotas
Tevensa Solve enforces API rate limits to ensure platform stability and fair access for all developers:
Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary API access suspension. Consistently exceeding limits may result in permanent revocation. Contact us for higher rate limit needs.
Security Requirements
Developers are required to:
- Use HTTPS for all API communications
- Store API keys and credentials securely (never in public repositories)
- Implement proper authentication and authorization in your applications
- Promptly report security vulnerabilities discovered in the Tevensa Solve API
- Conduct regular security reviews of your integration
- Respond promptly to security incidents involving Tevensa Solve data
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to help@tevensasolve.com before public disclosure.
Intellectual Property
Tevensa Solve retains all intellectual property rights in:
- The Tevensa Solve API, SDKs, and developer tools
- Platform design, branding, and trademarks
- Documentation and developer resources
Developers retain ownership of their applications and code built using the Tevensa Solve API, provided such applications do not contain Tevensa Solve's proprietary components.
You may not use Tevensa Solve's name, logos, or trademarks in your application branding without explicit written permission, except to accurately describe your integration with the Platform.
Attribution
Applications integrating with Tevensa Solve should:
- Clearly disclose to users that the application uses Tevensa Solve data or APIs
- Include appropriate attribution in accordance with Tevensa Solve's attribution guidelines
- Not misrepresent the nature or extent of the integration
Attribution guidelines and approved brand assets will be provided in the Tevensa Solve Developer Portal upon launch.
Liability
Developers assume full responsibility for their applications and are solely responsible for:
- Their application's functionality, reliability, and security
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Any harm caused to users of their application
- Data breaches or unauthorized access due to their application's security failures
Tevensa Solve is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Developer Services or from failures, errors, or outages in the API.
Termination
Tevensa Solve may terminate or suspend your developer access if:
- You violate these Developer Terms
- Your application violates our general Terms & Conditions
- Your application poses a security or privacy risk
- You fail to comply with applicable laws
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the API, delete all Tevensa Solve data stored in connection with your application, and remove any Tevensa Solve branding or attribution from your application.
Changes to Developer Terms
Tevensa Solve may update these Developer Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through:
- Email notification to your registered developer account
- Notice posted on the Developer Portal
- Updated revision date on this page
Continued use of the Developer Services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
